At D&B Senior Transitions, we’re more than housing specialists — we’re partners in one of life’s most sensitive transitions. With decades of combined experience in people-centered industries, Barb and David have always shared a heart for serving others, especially seniors and their families for over four decades combined.

We’ve worked together in a variety of roles over the years, but it wasn’t until we discovered the aging of life care and what was needed in that particular segment of our society that everything clicked. It offered the perfect blend of business, purpose, and community service — allowing us to combine our real-world expertise with our personal calling.

You see, when selling your house with a realtor/broker, or even for sale by the owner (FSBO), many times the buyer of that home will expect the house to be move-in ready. They expect you to make all of the necessary repairs before even making an offer.
