I intended to replace two rental properties through a 1031 tax exchange. Having no idea how that worked, I contacted David for help. He completely put me at ease and instantly jumped in with both feet. David assisted in finding a fantastic team of agents, all while coordinating with the lenders, escrow, and title on both listings and setting up attorneys to handle both 1031 tax exchanges. One required a very complicated reverse 1031 exchange process.

Oh, did I mention he found me two rental properties and rental management companies here in Washington? He then handled everything between two states, four escrow companies, four title companies, three different lenders, and a total of five other real estate agents, CPA's, appraisers, and inspectors --WOW!

It was not easy, and very stressful at times, but through it all David had a handle on every aspect of all four transactions. He means it when he says "I got this," and believe me, he is on it and nobody gets away with not doing their job. In most cases he knows their job better than they do. David respectfully employs incredible communication skills and a talent for diplomacy--what I like to call "schmoozing"--his unique brand of charm to accomplish what might feel like the impossible.
